ARTICLES

We are always pleased to receive articles for the Link, either electronically or by hand.

We are trying to get more photos in the Link, so if your club has a special occasion, please send us a photo to include with the article. We take anything, as long as it is in the spirit of the magazine, from one line to a couple of pages!

We especially like to encourage the children of the village to send us poems, jokes or reports on club camps or outings.

We are also always on the look-out for good pictures or photos to put on the cover. They do need to be line drawings or photos with good contrast, and it's nice if there's a bit of background info we can print about them too.

Snow 2009!
Peter Forbes sent some great pictures of the Village after the snow falls in February 2009 that ground the country to a halt and closed the local school for the first time in many years. We printed some of them in the March Link but they were so good we thought they should be seen in colour, so click here to see them all.

Weather Article
David Cullen provides an annual weather report, which is usually published in the February issue. We don't usually reprint recent articles as we feel it is unfair on our subscribers, but we have made an exception because the print process does not do justice to David's graph.
